- Parvenir à ce que quelque chose se produise, atteindre un résultat : J'ai obtenu qu'ils se taisent.
To get something to happen, to achieve a result: I got them to be silent.
- Produire quelque chose comme résultat d'une action : En mélangeant le bleu et le jaune, on obtient le vert.
