- (BOT). Pianta acquatica, comune lungo i fiumi e le paludi dell’Africa e dell’Asia Minore ed anche della Sicilia, con fusti alti 2-5 m, terminante con un ciuffo di foglie a corona.
(BOT). Aquatic plant, common along the rivers and swamps of Africa and Asia Minor and also of Sicily, with 2-5 m tall stems, ending with a tuft of crown leaves.
