什么是 Fountain？
- Costruzione, spesso ornamentale, destinata a regolare l’efflusso dell’acqua proveniente da una sorgente o dall’acquedotto: f. a getto, a schizzo ║(GASTR). A f., modo di ammucchiare sul tavolo la farina, con una depressione al centro in cui si pongono gli ingredienti (uova, latte, burro, ecc.) necessari all’impasto.
Construction, often ornamental, intended to regulate the outflow of water from a spring or aqueduct: f. jet, sketch ║(GASTR). A f., way to pile up the flour on the table, with a depression in the center where the ingredients (eggs, milk, butter, etc.) necessary for the dough are placed.
