Co je sweets?
- Uno dei quattro sapori fondamentali (gli altri sono l’amaro , il salato , l’acido ) per il quale a prototipo viene preso quello dello zucchero di canna: caffè troppo, poco d., con troppo o poco zucchero ║ Si contrappone genrl. ad amaro anche a proposito di sostanze non molto ricche di zucchero: mandorle d. e mandorle amare ║ Nel caso di acqua d., si contrappone a salato se indica l’acqua dei fiumi e dei laghi nei confronti di quella del mare, a duro se indica invece acqua poco ricca di sali.
