- Passer de l'extérieur à l'intérieur d'un lieu ; pénétrer : Entrer dans Paris par la porte d'Orléans. L'eau entre par les fissures.
Moving from the outside to the inside of a place; enter: Enter Paris through the Porte d'Orléans. Water enters through the cracks.
- Pénétrer, s'enfoncer dans quelque chose : La lame est entrée profondément dans le corps.
Penetrate, sink into something: The blade has entered deep into the body.
- Être, pouvoir être contenu dans quelque chose ; tenir dans : Nous pourrons entrer à cinq dans la voiture ?
