- f. Abstención de hacer o decir algo: optó por la omisión del nombre de la persona que le había ayudado.

- Falta en la que se incurre por haber dejado de hacer algo necesario o conveniente: el suyo fue un delito por omisión porque no denunció el robo del que fue testigo.
