- A genus of bombycid moths, of the family Notodontidæ, having the thorax woolly, the fore wings rather broad and sinuate on the hind margins, hind wings rounded, tongue weak, and the abdomen slightly tufted above.
- A genus of melandryid beetles, erected by Fairmaire and Germain in 1863 on a single South American species.
