- Giudizio con effetti di decisione o di risoluzione espresso da chi ha competenza o autorità in merito: la s. del giurì d’onore ║(DIR). Il provvedimento col quale il giudice definisce un grado (s. di primo grado, s. di appello ) o una fase del processo (s. di rinvio a giudizio s. di assoluzione ).
